- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I was treated like a complete invelent by Mr. Werle. First I got a call from an internet inquiry, the Secretary asked a bunch of questions, then she transferred me to him where he started asking the same. He was supposed to email me a quote and called back asking questions. It turned into more of an interrogation and acted like I was lying to him in which I had no reason to. Then he just said "have a good day" and hung up on me before I could say anything. Upon calling back asking for his name and supervisor. He gave me his name and said he was the owner. I asked the company name, so I could do this review and call the actual insurance company to inform them how this man they have selling his insurance treats people, especially bc all my calls are recorded because I own two businesses. He said the name was "Simon Werle Insurance". Probably bc he didn't want me calling American Family Insurance. Well I finally got that out of him. I've me ever been treated so poorly by someone and I will be emailing, calling, writing... whatever I have to do so AFI knows who they're having represent them.April 19, 2017by Nicoletta Robinson
